The company that owns the brand mainly carried out the activity of mass-producing outerwear. Furthermore, among other things, its corporate purpose is mainly:
A) the production and trade both in-house and on commission, both wholesale and retail, as well as the representation both in Italy and abroad of ready-made clothing items; elastic pantyhose stockings, haberdashery articles, all types of yarn, crochet hooks, knitting needles; textile products, including those for home furnishings; leather and leather footwear and articles; leather goods such as luggage, handbags, wallets, coin purses, check holders, card holders, photo frames and the like, key rings, card holders, belts, watch straps and many other things.B) the advertising promotion activity of the products falling within the product range referred to in the previous list, to be carried out with the licensees for the concession of advertising space in the various press and media outlets;C) the promotion, organization and implementation, also on behalf of third parties, of advertising campaigns in general with any means for the purpose (such as for example events, meetings and fashion shows) and this both in Italy and abroad;D) the assumption and granting of mandates and representations in the context of the activities listed above.

It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with digital signature;
