Court of Milan - notification of sale of two business complexes:
- Business complex of MR & D SPA (RG 93/18)
- Business complex in operation of Mrdcompany srl (RG 93/18)
Any interested party can request access to the data-room, after signing a confidentiality agreement.
The purchase offer, for oneself or subject to be appointed at the time of transfer, must be irrevocable, until the end of the competitive procedure, can not be less than € 6,000,000.00 (six million), over tax charges and expenses transfer notices, must be comparable with the offer already received and must be submitted at 12.00 am on 2 February 2019 in a closed and anonymous envelope at the "Fiscaldrag" office of Dr. Danilo Cannella, in Milan.
The opening of the envelopes will take place on February 4, 2019 at 12.40 am in front of Judge Dott.ssa Alida Paluchowski.
In case of multiple offers, the auction will be in front of the Judge on 6 February 2019.
