Creditors Agreement no. 10/2020 Court of Roma
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Transfer of no. 622,312 materialized ordinary shares equal to 0.999% of the share capital of the investment company Meridie Spa.
The company is mainly active in the industrial sector of civil and military aeronautical maintenance, as well as in the real estate sector.
Basic auction price: Euro 45.000,00
Abilio S.p.a will take care of setting up and managing a Virtual Data Room aimed at uploading confidential documents relating to the goods for sale. To request access, interested parties must send a request by certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
The purchase offers can be submitted by certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com, by 12:00 on 23/01/2024. It should be noted that, in the event of sending the offer via PEC, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the PEC message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 24/01/2024 at 15.00 Abilio S.p.A. will proceed to verify the irrevocable offers
At the end of the auction, the award cannot be definitive since, as envisaged by the company by-laws and in compliance with the code, the Liquidator will notify the shareholders, by registered letter with return receipt, of the essential elements of the best offer received in order to allow the exercise of the right of first refusal.
