Creditors Agreement no. 6/2018 Court of Cremona

INVITATION TO MAKE IMPROVED OFFERS
We invite you to make better offers than those received for the purchase of the following equity investments held by the Composition with Creditors:

(i) Equity investment of a nominal value of 3,034 euros, equal to 30.34% of the share capital, in Bajkal S.r.l. in Liquidation, with headquarters in Casalmaggiore (Cr), Via Petofi n. 8, registration number in the Cremona Company Register, Tax Code and VAT number no. 01483250195, REA CR-175490. Shareholders' equity at 31 December 2019: euro -407,000, offer received euro 300.00;
(ii) Equity investment for a nominal amount of € 10,000, equal to 100% of the share capital, in BH S.r.l., with registered office in Casalmaggiore (Cr), Via Petofi n. 8, registration number in the Cremona Company Register, Tax Code and VAT number no. 01604200194, REA CR-186534. Shareholders' equity at 31 December 2019: € ??-3,000, offer received € 1,000.00.

Offers must be received by 12/10/2021 at 12.30 at the PEC address of the Procedure: cp6.2018cremona@pecconcordati.it.

Any decision regarding the evaluation of the offers received, the authorization to sell and the conduct of a competitive procedure for the sale is reserved for the Bodies of the Procedure.
