Credits totaling Euro 7,699,030.00 (Euro seven million six hundred ninety-nine thousand and thirty / 00)
Auction base price: Euro 243.877,00
boasted from Bankruptcy.
In order to participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 03/03/2025, according to one of the following alternatives:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the Abilio Spa in via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA).- by pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
In order to access the documentation contained in the Virtual Data Room, interested parties must send a communication via pec to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com following the instructions given in the Notice of sale.
On 04/03/2025 at 15:00 Abilio Spa will proceed to open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
