Auction Description

Bankruptcy no. 807/2019 Court of Milan

Sale of the business complex better identified by the lease contract of the business unit signed on 11/07/2017, of a bankrupt company whose corporate purpose is the supply of equipped vehicles on free loan basis to non-profit public bodies for the transport of people with motor disabilities.

Basic auction price: Euro 210,000.00

It is specified that:

- The Legal Receiver has received an irrevocable purchase offer with a guarantee of an amount equal to € 210,000.00 plus legal charges relating to the business complex referred to in auction 7448

- The Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, setting the received purchase offer as the starting auction price, the methods of execution of which are governed by the sale notice

- In the event of failure to submit further bids during the trial, the person who submitted the bid, which constitutes the auction basis, will therefore be considered the definitive winner of the lot, except for the provisions of art. 108, paragraph 1, L.F.

MIXED SYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC PROCEDURE

(possibility of receiving offers with both telematic and analogue methods, pursuant to Article 22 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)

on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it

Subjects who, alternatively, will have submitted their offer in the manner referred to in point A (offer with telematic methods) or in point B (offer with analogical method) will be able to participate in the tender.

A. OFFER BY TELEMATIC MODE

The online purchase offers must be received by the offer submitters no later than 13:00 on 12/16/2022 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the form pre-compiled available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The telematic offer is considered filed when the complete receipt of delivery is generated by the certified e-mail manager of the Ministry of Justice.

The auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 12/19/2022 from 10:00 and following and lasts 60 (sixty) seconds unless further bids are submitted. Here is the link to the auction page:

B. OFFER WITH ANALOG MODE

The deadline for the presentation of offers "in a sealed envelope" is set for 16/12/2022 no later than 13:00 to be delivered in a sealed envelope (and without any sign of identification) by hand to the office of the Notary Dr. Dario Restuccia located in Milan (MI), via Ulrico Hoepli n.7.

The bidder who has deposited the offer in a sealed envelope, on the day fixed for the sale, is required to present himself at the office of the Notary Dr. Dario Restuccia in Milan (MI), Via Ulrico Hoepli n. 7, on 12/19/2022 at 10:00.
