Bankruptcy no. 99/2022 Court of Padova
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
The Legal Receiver of the Bankruptcy of the company RDS MOLDING TECHNOLOGY S.p.a., abbreviated as RDS S.p.a., with registered office in Torreglia (PD)
IT IS FOR SALE IN A SINGLE LOT
- The company branch organized for the exercise of the activity of a) engineering and design of components in plastic material, aluminium, brass and zamak; b) design and production of injection molds for plastic materials, aluminum die-casting, brass die-casting; c) production of technical items in plastic injection and die-cast aluminum parts; d) precision machining; e) surface finishing treatments and assemblies also with components of different materials, currently in temporary operation owned by the bankrupt company RDS MOLDING TECHNOLOGY S.p.a. at the basic price of €1,120,000.00, with the possibility of a minimum bid of no less than € 840,000.00, i.e. with a maximum discount of up to 25%.
- Aluminum Area warehouse, Workshop Area warehouse, Brass and Zama Area warehouse, at the basic price of € 1,046,000.00, not susceptible to a reduced offer. Said price may vary up or down taking into account the inventory that will be drawn up, in consultation with the successful tenderer as to the amounts, prior to the stipulation, on a date that will be communicated by the Curator, on the basis of the production cost incurred by RDS.

Under penalty of inadmissibility, the purchase offers must be written in Italian and presented to the Curator Dr. Fabio Incastrini, at his studio in Selvazzano Dentro (PD)-Via Sarmerola n. 14, by 12:00 on 30 March.
The envelopes containing the offers will be opened in front of the Bankruptcy Trustee, at his office, starting from 5.00 pm on 31/03/2023. Each bidder is required to present himself on the day and at the time indicated, also to participate in any tender.
