ATTENTION: THE PARTICIPATION IN THIS PHASE OF THE AUCTION IS RESTRICTED EXCLUSIVELY TO THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED AN OFFER WITHIN THE LAST TERM FIXED IN THE NOTICE OF SALE
Bankruptcy no. 116/2019 of the Court of Vicenza.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Company complex dedicated to vehicles dismantling currently leases and consisting of:
- real estate compendium, expertise of Ing. Guerrato Trissino
- goods of the company leased for the excercise of the business, expertise of Dott. Farina.
The goods are located in Cornedo Vicentino (VI) and can be inspected upon appointment.
It is specified that the complex of goods for sale is the subject of a lease agreement of a business branch between the bankrupt company and third party company, signed on 20/11/2016. After the award to the highest bidder, the rental contract will be terminated in advance and the tenant must return the business unit within 60 days of withdrawal.
Starting price: Euro 850,000.00
On 5/08/2020 the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer for the business complex of the bankrupt company for an amount of Euro 850,000.00 (Euro eight hundred and fifty thousand / 00) and intends to start an experiment by setting the basic auction price of € 850,000.00 equal to purchase offer received.
In order to participate in the auction, the subject will must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send, via pec communication to the address f116.2019vicenza@pecfallimenti.it within and no later than 09/11/2020 at 13.00, irrevocable purchase offer.
It should be noted that the documentation sent in an attachment and contained within the pec message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
