PUBLIC NOTICE TO ACQUIRE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR THE SALE OF A BUSINESS OR BUSINESS BRANCH OF THE COMPANY
INTERPETROLI SRL WITH REGISTERED OFFICE IN CASTELLANETA (TA) AT S.S. 7 KM. 616
The company Interpetroli Srl (C.F. and P.I. 01903350732), admitted to the negotiated crisis settlement procedure, intends to carry out an extraordinary operation in order to restructure the company.

OBJECT OF THE ASSIGNMENT
Commercial depot of petroleum products with a total capacity of m3. 400, with both retail sales, at the same location, and wholesale with home deliveries by tanker truck. The deposit insists on an area of approx. 3,069 divided into two departments, one for petroleum products for agricultural use, the other for petroleum products for automotive and heating use.

TYPE OF ASSIGNMENT
The transfer may concern the entire company or a branch of it.

ASSIGNMENT OF THE COMPANY
The assignment may concern the entire company if at the time of the assignment the conditions exist for alienating the land of approx. 3,069, above the tanks and on which the office building stands, currently non-transferable as it is not complete and, therefore, the PIRT plan already requested by the Municipality of Castellaneta, which shows interest in this initiative, has not been implemented.

TRANSFER OF COMPANY BRANCH
The transfer will concern all the assets that make up the company indicated above with the exception of the land above the tanks and on which the office building stands. If the purchaser intends to carry out the business activity in the same headquarters as the transferee company, it would be necessary to enter into a lease agreement for the aforementioned land.

TERMS AND METHOD OF SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
The expression of interest, together with a copy of the identity document of the bidders and a recent certificate of incorporation in the event of presentation by a company, must be sent, without fail, by 12.00 on 31.10.2023, by certified email, to the following addresses: intepetroli@deor.pec.it and lupo.dario@oravta.legalmail.it
