Sale of the Company of BORSALINO GIUSEPPE & FRATELLO SPA, a company whose business purpose is essentially the activity of production and trade of fur hats, wool, straw, hats and any other type of headgear, as well as accessories such as ribbons, linings, moroccans, etc, as well as the preparation, processing and trade of fur and other raw materials, such as the industry and the trade of clothing articles in general or with similar or related and other articles of fabric of any kind.
The sale consists of:
- Equity assets (real estate, technical tools, electronic machinery and furniture)- Employment contracts- Contracts indicated in the document inserted in the VDR- Of the distinctive signs present in the Bankruptcy assets (excluding the "Borsalino" trademarks of which the Procedure is not, at present, proprietary)
Binding offers must be delivered, under penalty of exclusion, within the peremptory deadline of 16:00 on 12 July 2018 at the office of the Legal receveir Stefano Ambrosini.
