Auction Description

Creditors Agreement no.1/2018 Court of Piacenza. 

Sale of strat up, equipment of the sale point and business license of the company branch concerning the activity of retail sales in fixed location of food and non-food items (supermarket) in Somaglia (LO).

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F. 

Company Branch (Single Lot): € 9.000,00

The Judicial Liquidator acknowledges the current validity of a 12-month lease agreement with effect from 1st August 2019 between the Company in the Arrangement of Creditors and the third Company.

It should be noted that the third-party tenant has a pre-emptive right that can be exercised within 5 days of the notification by the Liquidator of receipt of an irrevocable purchase offer.

In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or hands to be delivered without fail to the registered office of It Auction in Via Galileo Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA) (in a sealed envelope and without any sign of recognition) within 9/12/2020, at 12.00 pm, irrevocable purchase offer.
