Company whose object is the supply of food and drinks located in Assisi (PG) Vicolo dei Nepis 2b, called "La Tavernaccia" or known as "L'Osteria del Nepis".
The business activity was carried out pursuant to the administrative authorization issued by the Municipality of Assisi and the rental contract stipulated with the real estate property in the year 2019 for a duration of 6 years, tacitly renewable for a further 6. The monthly rental fee is of €2,000.00 for 12 months and so for a total of €24,000.00 per year.
It should be noted that all movable assets located inside and outside the premises are also included in the sale of the business branch.
Starting auction price: € 40,000.00
Minimum offer: € 30,000.00
Minimum raise: € 1,000.00
ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC SALES PROCEDURE

The electronic offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 07/18/2024 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-compiled form available within the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic offer is considered deposited when the receipt is generated complete with delivery by the certified email manager of the Ministry of Justice.
The asynchronous auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 07/19/2024 from 11:00 am onwards and will last two hours, unless further bids are submitted.
