WITHIN THE LAST TERM FIXED IN THE NOTICE OF SALE
Bankruptcy no. 5/2021 Court of Castrovillari
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Sale of the following assets forming part of the business complex of the aforementioned bankruptcy:
- real estate;- movable capital goods for the exercise of the activity of "cutting, planing and treatment of wood - production of pellets; use of forests and woods: felling of trees and production of rough wood for props of wells, squared woods, stakes, sleepers" of tracks or firewood, wholesale of non-metallic recycled materials: wood fiber, woodworking residues, pellets ".
It should be noted that to date, the company is the subject of a company lease agreement, effective from 2/10/2019 for a duration of 8 years. In case of sale of the business complex, the Bankruptcy will have the right to withdraw from the contract. In any case, there are no pre-emptive rights that insist on the company complex.
Auction base price: Euro 234.000,00
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also to send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 20/11/2023, according to one of the following alternative methods:
- registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,- by pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 21/11/2023 at 15.00, abilio will open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
