INVITATION TO FORMALIZE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE COMPANY

IN THE CONTEXT OF THE NEGOTIATED COMPOSITION PROCEDURE OF THE COMPANY CRISIS

Pio Farine Sas intends to alienate the company whose object is the wholesale trade of flour and yeast aimed at the local market (province of Palermo) of small artisanal and commercial operators (bakeries, bars, etc...)

The activity is carried out in the premises located in Palermo with a gross surface area of approximately 260 square meters held under a lease with an initial expiry of 31 January 2029.

The complex of assets consists, in addition to ordinary office equipment and furnishings, also of:

- Iveco Daily truck,
- warehouse shelving,
- 1 forklift with diesel fuel,
- 1 forklift with electric power supply,
- 1 electric pallet truck,
- 2 hand pallet trucks,
- pressure washer and vacuum cleaner

It should be noted that Pio Farine sas has already received an expression of interest from a third-party company as follows: "lease of the company for 24 months starting from the date of stipulation of the contract with an annual fee of 100,000.00 euros; option of company purchase in the 36th month with a payment of a consideration equal to 300,000.00 euros (total sale price of 500,000.00 euros).
