Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Sale of the company and the tangible and intangible assets forming part of the company compendium of the aforementioned Bankruptcy. The corporate purpose of the bankruptcy concerned the processing and transformation of metal sheets of all kinds.
The business complex being sold is currently leased with a contract expiring on 6/08/2026 with an annual rent of € 24,000.00 plus VAT.
The good are located in San Cipirello (PA) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction base price: highest bidder
It is specified that, pursuant to art. 30 of the "Regulations for the assignment and management of lots in the production site" of the Municipality of San Cipirello, it will be the responsibility of the successful purchaser to request the Municipality of San Cipirello for the preventive authorization from the Municipality which will be able to deny it for just cause with a specific resolution of Council setting out the reasons for the refusal.
In order to participate in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 04/11/2022, according to one of the following alternatives:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail at the headquarters of abilio Spa in via G. Galilei 6, 48018 Faenza (RA).- by pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 04/11/2022 at 2.00 pm abilio will open the envelopes.
