Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Company consisting of movable assets that are instrumental to the exercise of the metal carpentry business, currently leased to the company (it should be noted that the company lease does not include the real estate where the assets are kept).
It should be noted that the contract expires on 01 November 2022, which is understood to be automatically renewed from year to year, if one of the parties does not notify the other of its cancellation, to be sent by registered letter with return receipt. at least three months before the agreed deadline
Auction base price: Euro 21.069,00
In order to participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 20/04/2023, according to one of the following alternative methods:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,- by pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature
On 21/04/2023 at 2.00 pm abilio S.p.A. will open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers
In addition to the commission of 5% of the hammer price, abilio Spa will apply a management cost to the withdrawal equal to € 1,500.00.
