Auction sale of Renault road tractor and Umberto Piacenza semitrailer from Bankruptcy no. 5/2020 Court of Siracusa.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
The assets are located in Carlentini (SR) and can be inspected by appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

- Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
- It should be noted that the license plate change has not been transcribed for the semitrailer referred to in lot 1. The Effe Agency will register the plate with the PRA after the award with costs to be borne by the successful bidder. The cost of this operation will be approximately € 230.00. As a result of this, the deadlines for processing the paperwork for the transfer of ownership may be delayed.
