The company subject to this sale is briefly referred to below:
- the manual services of aesthetic treatment for the care of the body and of the person and for the elimination or reduction of skin imperfections that do not require medical interventions, medical-surgical therapies, medical therapies or in any case invasive interventions on the person's body;- management and management of beauty treatment centers for the body, wellness, tanning, fitness centers, and, more generally, for carrying out activities concerning the care and physical well-being of the person, with the exclusion of any activity medical or otherwise reserved, in accordance with the laws in force, for professionals - natural persons registered in specific professional registers or orders ", better identified in the ATECORI code 2007 96.02.02 - beauty institute services.
the company being sold is supported by all the qualifications, both from a commercial and sanitary point of view, necessary for the performance of the beauty and wellness center activity, which currently guarantee the continuation of the activity as validly issued and recognized by the bodies in charge; the aforementioned beauty center called "Gocce di Benessere", located in Bisceglie (BT), which has become over time the brand and the sign of the activity, is recognized as a good level structure in the territorial area of ??the beauty centers sector for personal care, making use of high-level training experiences and a service characterized by a remarkable quality standard.
