The Official Receiver of the aforementioned Procedure places on sale to the highest bidder the company consisting of the complex of goods organized for the activity of bar-cafeteria, administration of food and drinks in via Marconi n. 28 in Cittadella, currently the subject of a company lease contract.
In order to allow interested parties to carry out a due diligence of the company, the Liquidator has prepared a specific Data Room - which can be consulted remotely via the Web via a link that will be communicated by the Liquidator - containing the attached documents cited in the notice. .
Access to the Data Room by potential interested parties will be mandatory for participation in the competitive procedure and will be allowed only to subjects duly authorized by the Liquidator after signing the Confidentiality Agreement, which will be sent by the Liquidator at the request of the interested party (to be formulated via pec at 7.2020@pec-gestorecrisi.it).
AUCTION BASIC PRICE: € 90,000.00
To participate in the attempt to select the best bidder, interested parties must deposit their irrevocable offer to purchase the company at the Official Receiver's office in Podova via Gozzi 24 no later than the peremptory deadline of 12:00 on 29/06/2022, by appointment to be agreed with the staff of the Firm (Tel. 0497446760).
The opening of the envelopes will take place in front of the Official Receiver, at his office, on 30.06.2022 at 15:30.
In the presence of a single valid bid, the only bidder will be identified as the best bidder. In the presence of a plurality of valid offers, the Liquidator will immediately call an informal tender between the bidders present, starting from the highest of the offers received.
