Bankruptcy no. 71/2019 Court of Lecce
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
The bankruptcy puts up for sale the assets, better specified in the notice of sale, which are part of the company compendium:
Car wash plant located in Cavallino (Le), at S.S. 16, PIP Zone Section "A", identified as Single Lot and composed as follows:
A. Full ownership of the 1000/1000 share of the self-service car wash system, consisting of an area on which the entire system and related movable and immovable property is developed, and in detail:
A.1. Area of land on which the entire plant stands,
A.2. Various systems constituting the self-service car wash
The aforementioned assets (constituting the business complex) are owned by a bankrupt company whose object is the exercise of the car wash plant activity and today exercised by third parties by virtue of a company lease agreement which provides for early termination with prior notice of days 60 which, in case of adjudication, will be communicated to the tenant by the Curatela.
Business Complex (Single Lot):
Euro € 77,302.00, plus taxes and sales commissions.

- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be sent without fail to the registered office of IT Auction s.r.l.
