Auction Description
Auction sale of Bartoletti and Ribalta Sud semi-trailers, and Mercedes Benz Actros truck belonging to Bankruptcy no. 150/2020 Court of Catania.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Piano Tavola Belpasso (CT) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
6/12/2022: Following an inspection that took place today, it should be noted that the condition of the vehicles has changed. In particular:
- Lot 1: it has been found that the engine of the vehicle has been stolen and that one of the wheels has been removed- Lot 3: tires were found inside the semi-trailer itself.- Lot 10: the tailgate of the vehicle was unhooked and inserted inside the semi-trailer itself.
Interested parties are invited to carry out an on-site inspection.
SALE NOTES
- It should be noted that the license plate change has not been transcribed for the truck referred to in lot 1. The Effe Agency will register the plate with the PRA after the award with costs to be borne by the successful bidder. The cost of this operation will be approximately € 230.00. As a result of this, the deadlines for processing the paperwork for the transfer of ownership may be delayed.
