in accordance with what was published on 12/27/2021 on the Public Sales Portal.
Bankruptcy n. 31/2020 of the Court of Padova
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Sale of a company branch having as its object the exercise and organization of commercial activities related to transport on behalf of third parties.
The business unit is the subject of a rental contract stipulated on 07/31/2018 with expiry on 07/30/2022.
The branch consists of:
- movable property (All.to 2)- vehicles (Annex 2)- goodwill;- permanent employment relationships with no. 15 workers (blue-collar and white-collar workers) as better identified in the relative prospectus which will be provided upon request.
All this is better described in the company's appraisal and the related annexes drawn up (Annex 1)
We inform you that an irrevocable purchase offer has already been received.
Base price: € 615,000.00
Minimum offer: € 490,000 (about 20% of the base price) equal to the irrevocable purchase offer already in the hands of the curator presented by the current tenant.
The assets are located in Legnaro (PD) and can be inspected by appointment.
Irrevocable purchase offers must be received by 24 February 2022 at 12.00, by means of a certified email to the address f31.2020padova@pecfallimenti.it.
