The business unit having as its object the sale of "no food" items consisting of the following assets:
With regard to these movable assets, it should be noted that they have been valued at zero and may not be present in part or totally. For this reason, on-site inspection is recommended.- administrative authorization for the exercise of retail trade for large structures and commercial license;- movable property consisting of 1 metal shelving, n. 1 wooden wardrobe; n. 2 wooden desks with drawers, n. 2 type wooden furniture and n. 6 chairs, as part of the procedure indicated in the epigraph;
It is also specified that the business unit is the subject of a lease agreement signed on 01/01/2019, with a duration until 30/01/2023 tacitly extended for six years until 01/30/2029.
Auction base price: Euro 24.883,00
In order to participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 06/10/2023, according to one of the following alternative methods:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,- by pec communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 10/10/2023 at 14.00 abilio S.p.A. will open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers
In addition to the commission of 7% of the hammer price, abilio Spa will apply a management cost to the withdrawal of € 150.00.
