Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Sale of a business branch exercised in the premises located in the municipality of Enna in via Roma n.164-166, including the complex of company assets, including the commercial goodwill and equipment better described in the inventory report filed and in the reports of esteem by dr. Marco Mazzurco and the surveyor. Barresi Concept, for a total value of € 60,500.00, plus VAT, of which € 22,000.00 for the license or commercial start-up and € 38,500.00 for the equipment of a bankrupt company whose corporate purpose is the wholesale and retail trade of food and non-food products through emporiums, small and large stores or supermarkets.
Auction base price: Euro 38,720.00
It should be noted that the properties where the business is carried out are owned by third parties, with a terminated lease and are not part of the sale. The owners are available to lease them with an annual fee to be agreed.
In order to participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 30/11/2022 to registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail at the Abilio S.p.A. headquarters in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6.
On 1/12/2022 at 15.00 abilio will open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
