Invitation to offer
Transfer of a business branch owned by a bankrupt company whose corporate purpose was the industrial production and sales of upholstered furniture.
The Business Branch is made up of tangible and intangible assets, including goodwill, equity investments and financial credits and activities functional to the operation of the business branch itself.
Last experiment starting auction price: €264,100.00
It will be possible to submit an offer even for an amount lower than that indicated above: the Procedure reserves the right in any case to evaluate the offer, evaluate its appropriateness and the opportunity to proceed with the sale.
