Sale of the following assets included in the business complex:

- Real estate;
- Inventory inventories
of a bankrupt company having as its business purpose the marble processing activity.
The assets are currently rented, this contract will be automatically closed once the assets have been awarded.
The business complex is located in Custonaci (TP) and can be inspected upon appointment sendin an email to sicilia@itauction.it in advance.
In order to attend the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.com following the instructions indicated therein and also send an irrevocable purchase offer, by regular post mail or by hands to be delivered to the head office of IT Auction s.r.l. in via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA) (in a sealed envelope and without any sign of recognition)
within and not later than the 21st of December 2020, at midday.
Starting price of the business complex: Euro 710.000,00
