COURT OF PAVIA
JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION N. 28/2025
WHEREAS
- the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer for an amount equal to the appraisal value or Euro 75,000.00 (seventy-five thousand euros/00), plus legal charges and the sales commission due to Abilio S.p.A. for lot 1 - auction 9326. This proposal was deemed appropriate and was notified to the Delegated Judge;
- the Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, placing the irrevocable purchase offer received as the auction base, the methods of which are regulated by this Notice of Sale;
- the person who submitted the offer that constitutes the auction base is in any case required to be accredited for the auction and to participate in the experiment according to the indications of this Tender Regulations and Notice of Sale.
NOTICE
that on August 1, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. the synchronous telematic sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following asset:
LOT 1 - AUCTION 9326: SALE OF A BUSINESS BRANCH operating in the design and development of footwear machinery including capital goods, intangible assets (Cosmopol and Elvi brands), intangible fixed assets (Blu Tower utility model).
The assets are located in Vigevano (PV), Via Montebello n. 70
The sale does not include employees and warehouse inventory. In relation to the latter, the bidder mentioned in the introduction has undertaken to sign a separate appraisal/purchase contract with the Trusteeship, which is to be considered inseparably linked to the sale of the business, under the following conditions: two-year duration and bimonthly reporting of the goods sold to third parties, which will be valued at the appraisal price and commitment to directly purchase the goods not sold at the end of the two-year period at a value equal to 50% of the appraisal value.
Auction starting price: €75,000.00
Minimum increase: €1,000.00

ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC SALES PROCEDURE
