INVITATION TO OFFER
Full ownership of n. 104,025 ordinary shares of the Indian company CAP Seafoods Private Limited (“Company”), representing 42.50 (forty-two point fifty) percent of the capital, with registered office in 1/71 Vypin Island Sazheekal Kochi Ernakulam, State of Kerala, India (“Participation”);
BASE PRICE: € 1,075,000.00
To participate in the auction, it is necessary to:
a) register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein;
b) send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 23/05/2025 at 12:00, using the following method:
- exclusively via PEC to the address of the procedure which is: cp5.2021forli@pecconcordati.it. The purchase offer, once submitted, is irrevocable pursuant to art. 571, paragraph 3, c.p.c.
This invitation is valid until 12:00 on 23 May 2025.
The examination of the offers received within this deadline will be carried out, in the presence of the interested parties, at the Judicial Liquidator's Office, located in Forlì - Corso Mazzini 22 on 26 May 2025, at 12:00.
