Auction Description

PROVISIONAL AWARD

Auction sale of Fiat OM forklift, Dener hydraulic press brake, Dener hydraulic shear and office equipment and furnishings  belonging to Bankruptcy no. 66/2019 Court of Taranto. 

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Taranto (TA) and can be inspected upon appointment
In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

SALE NOTES
- Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
- To view the goods put up for auction, it is necessary to contact them well in advance, that is at least 10 working days before the auction expiration date, abilio S.p.A. to make an appointment. It is specifically specified that there will be a single scheduled date for viewing the goods. Please read the terms of sale.
- It should be noted that the successful bidder of lot 6 will have to provide for the removal and disposal of any waste with costs and charges at his own expense.
