Auction Description

Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015
Sale of furnishings and equipment for bars such as outdoor sofas and armchairs in ecorattan, corner bar counter and Rossi Dimension display counter, Comenda dishwasher, coffee tables, citrus squeezers, kneading machines and much morebelonging to Bankruptcy no.59/2018 Court of Pesaro.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Fano (PU) e Petriano (PU) and can be inspected upon appointment.

Please note that the photos are examples and the goods for sale are currently in use and, therefore, may show signs of wear.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:

- Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
- ITA will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
- ITA will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
