Auction Description

Sale of assets from Judicial Administration for the procedure N. 123/2012 R.M.P of the Court of Palermo.

Goods are located in Palermo (PA)  can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

The person who has won one or more goods at the end of the auction will be required to send the documentation indicated in the specific sales conditions and withdrawal to the address report@itauction.it no later than the deadline of 48 hours after the auction closes.

Please note: the non-resident in Italy users are not allowed to bid for PRA registered vehicles. The participation could be also invalidated in case of taking part in the second phase of the auction.


This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay the VAT.
