Auction Description

Sale of road haulage license of things on behalf of third parties originating from the Bankruptcy n. 28/2018 of the Court of Marsala

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1.000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

SALE ADDRESSED ONLY TO SUBJECTS ENROLLED IN THE CAR TRANSPORT REGISTER

We inform you that the sale of the license on behalf of third parties is aimed exclusively at subjects registered in the register of road hauliers of things on behalf of third parties and in the National Electronic Register (REN) at the Office of the Civil Motorization which operates in the province in which the company has its head office. The sale is restricted to companies with registered office in the European territory.
