PLEASE NOTE that the Procedure received an irrevocable
purchase offer equal to € 620.000. For this reason the price offered cannot be
lower than € 630.000 (equal to the minimum increase of € 10.000 + the
offer held by the Procedure)
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions indicated therein and send also by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered to the registered office of IT Auction s.r.l. in via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA) (in a sealed envelope and without any sign of recognition) within 28th of January 2019, at 12.00, irrevocable offer to purchase
