Creditors Agreement no. 29/2022 Court of Roma

Competitive procedure announced in compliance with art 163bis L.F.

Rental of Bar-Restaurant business branch in Ostia, located within the Quality Green Point "Parco del Canale dello Stagno" at number no. 71 via dei Pescatori, Ostia. The rent includes any fixtures, equipment and furnishings that currently exist in the property available to the Polisportiva with a gross surface area of approx. 2,358 and on an external terrace of 583 m2, located close to the artificial lake.

It should be noted that an irrevocable proposal for the rental of a business branch was received from a company with certified e-mail dated 09/29/2023, which declared itself willing to pay an annual rent equal to Euro 60,000.00 + VAT to be paid by means of Bank transfer in twelve installments of Euro 5,000.00 + VAT each.

BASIC PRICE: €60,000.00

MINIMUM RAISE: €5,000.00

Offers must be submitted to the Bankruptcy Registry of the Court of Rome by 10.00 am on January 8, 2024.

The envelopes will be opened at the hearing on 8 January 2024 at 12.00 in front of the Judge Delegate Dr. Vittorio Carlomagno, in the presence of the bidders. In the event that only one valid offer is received, the object of the competitive procedure will be awarded to the person who submitted the offer, provided that it is higher than the base price increased by the minimum amount established on the annual amount. In the event of multiple valid offers, the tender will proceed on the basis of the highest offer.
