Sale of Renegade and Multijet vehicles belonging to Bankruptcy no.416/2018 Court of Roma
NB
On 09/09/2019 Attention the conditions of sale and collection have been modified following a request by the Legal Receiver, therefore the sale will no longer be limited to residents outside the EEC
Furthermore, to allow viewing of the vehicles, the date of sale was postponed to 25/10/19
- If the aforementioned documentation is not sent within the
time specified, the bidder will automatically be deemed to have lost the award
and the procedure will be entitled to forfeit the deposit paid for the purpose
of participation as a penalty. The defaulting contractor will also be removed
from the portal, with the impossibility of participating in new auctions
Goods are located in Roma and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 5000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
