Attention: on 16/07/2020 the deadline for submitting offers and the sale date were adjusted

In front of the Notary Artioli dott.ssa Alessandra, on July 21, 2020, at 10.30, at his secondary office in Ferrara (FE), via Alberto Lollio n.32, it will proceed to the sale without auction of movable property, owned by the procedure, consisting of vehicles, machinery, equipment and furnishings, all better described and listed in the appraisal report prepared by Eng. Massimo Selvatico.

The goods are divided into 3 lots, at the following base auction price equal to the value indicated in the appraisal:

- Lot 1: € 27.975,00
- Lot 2: € 42.564,00
- Lot 3: € 15.445,00

The sale without auction will be made before the Notary Artioli Dr. Alessandra, at the secondary office of which all the documentation relating to the tender itself (regulation, appraisal) will be deposited to allow interested parties to view it.

The envelope containing the offer must be deposited at the secondary office of the Notary Artioli dott.ssa Alessandra within 12.30 on the day before the sale date (20 July 2020) and delivered to the Notary delegated to direct the sales operations or to a his representative.

In the case of a plurality of valid offers, in order to identify the best bidder, an upward tender will be carried out in the same venue (minimum rise of not less than 5%), with final award to the best bidder.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
