Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 12/2020 Court of Foggia.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Foggia (FG) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

Please note that the shelving and refrigeration equipment for sale (lots 1 and 3) are currently occupied by assets of a third-party company. Removal will only be possible once the third-party company that owns the assets has cleared them out.
