Auction Description
Sale of the assets belonging to Amministrazione Giudiziaria no. 1105/2018 Court of Gela.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Vittoria (RG) and can be inspected upon appointment.
In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

The person who at the end of the tender has won one or more goods will be required to send the documents indicated in the specific sales conditions to report@neprix.com no later than 48 hours after the end of the auction.
Attention: In the event of the sale of movable property registered with the PRA, the participation of users who for purposes related to the sale intend to export these goods abroad is precluded.
