Invitation to submit irrevocable purchase offers for the purchase of photovoltaic plants located in Arzano (NA), Carrè (VI), Francavilla (BR), Madignano (CR), Russi (RA), San Giuseppe di Comacchio (FE), San Giorgio di Piano (BO), Bologna (BO).
The goods can be inspected upon appointment.
After having validly registered on the website www.industrialdiscount.it, those interested in submitting offers must send them by registered letter, even by hand, to the office of Notary Dr. Fabio Orlandi in via Ludovisi 35, Rome 00187, within and no later than 12:00 on 30/09/2020 an irrevocable purchase offer.
The irrevocable purchase offer can also be sent via PEC to the address fabio.orlandi@postacertificata.notariato.it
The irrevocable bids of purchase cannot be lower they cannot be more than 25% lower than the basic auction price.
In order to access the documents kept in the Virtual Data Room, you must register for free on the website www.industrialdiscount.it and it is necessary to sign the Confidentiality Agreement available in the attachments on this page, which must be sent to PEC address itauction@pec.it and to email address info@itauction.it together with a copy of the identity document of the interested party and Visura (the latter is not necessary in the case of a natural person).
