Sale of EGT and PC2 rock drill, silos and tanks belonging to Bankruptcy no.23/2018 Court of Frosinone.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in La Spezia (SP) and Frosinone (FR) can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

NB PLEASE READ THE SPECIFIC SALE CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

To guarantee the correct and complete performance of the collection of lots 1 and 2, the successful tenderer will be required to pay a guarantee deposit of € 1,000 to be paid no later than 5 days from the award confirmation.
