PROVISIONAL AWARD

The final award will be subject to acceptance by the Bodies of the Procedure

Sale of paintings and sofas from the Extraordinary Administration n. 1/2015 Court of Milano.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

The goods are located in Rome (RM) and Taranto (TA) and can be inspected by appointment on 08/30/2024 in the morning subject to the availability of the custodians. All viewing requests must be received by 6.00 pm on 08/26/2024. Requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

The lots are located in different streets.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 200 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

The subject who, at the end of the tender, will be the winner of one or more lots forming part of this auction, specifically lot 1,2 and 3 or the blocking of lots from the auction provided that the award value is equal to or greater than € 10,000,00, will be required to send, no later than 48 hours after the auction closes:

- Completed and signed anti-money laundering form;

- valid identity document, if a natural person, or Chamber of Commerce registration certificate updated within three months prior to the date of sending, if a legal person
