In order for the award to be final, it will be necessary to send it to IT Auction s.r.l. no later than 24h from the auction close to the address vp@industrialdiscount.com:
a) the present conditions of sale signed on each page and signed in full at the bottom. It should be noted that the stamp and signature must be affixed on each page of these conditions by the legal representative of the bidder
b) a copy of the updated version of the Business Register, as well as a copy of the valid identity document of the legal representative (it must show that the winner of the contract is the scraper, specialized in the storage and recovery of ferrous scrap)
We inform you that the sale in question is a sale by weight: therefore any discrepancy in excess or defect compared to the real weight of the material that should eventually be found in the weighing phase of the goods, will subsequently be adjusted. It is therefore specified that the final price of the complete block of goods will be defined only as a result of weighing and will be equal to € 100.00 per tons over VAT if due, with a minimum price of € 100.00.
Recognized that the goods covered by this sale do not comply with the laws and regulations in force concerning health and safety at work (definition pursuant to Article 23 of the
Legislative Decree n. 81/2008), the sale is exclusively addressed to individuals who carry out the activity of scraps, specialized in the storage and recovery of ferrous scrap.
