that the aforementioned bankruptcy proceeding intends to receive irrevocable purchase offers for the debt amounting to a total nominal value of €2,525,491.38 (two million five hundred twenty-five thousand four hundred ninety-one/38), of which €2,466,469.02 is prededuction and €59,022.36 is unsecured (including €22,715.16 in late payment interest), admitted to the list of enforceable liabilities in the debtor proceedings against ILVA S.P.A. in Extraordinary Administration.

To this end, without any obligation to assign the debt or initiate a subsequent competitive process, and without this notice constituting a solicitation to the public, it is hereby announced that expressions of interest and offers received at the certified email address of the procedure, f23.2022bergamo@pecfallimenti.it, by 12:00 noon on the thirtieth day following publication, will be examined. The bankruptcy trustee will have no obligation whatsoever, and all decisions will be reserved for the procedure, including any potential competitive bidding among multiple interested parties.
