Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 82/2017 Court of Velletri
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Velletri (RM) and can be inspected by appointment on 07/07/2020 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 03/07/2020 and must contain the exact code of the lot to be viewed. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

seller), considering the trend of the auction, the price of the lot and its
auction price, could invalidate the participation of the foreign user and
