The Official Receiver of Bankruptcy No. 14/2014 advises the sale to body, and not to size, in separate lots and in fact, of law and urban planning in which they are real estate and company including movable and immovable property, with all possible appliances, active and passive servitude.
Everything is better and more specifically described in the list of lots and in the notarial and CCTTUU report, to which express reference is made (documents and documents that can be viewed and consulted on the websites referred to in point n.24 of the notice of sale, as well as at the Official Receiver's office, by appointment to be agreed by e-mail at gipodiliberto@libero.it)
In the case of a plurality of offers valid for the same lot, the Official Receiver in any case invite the bidders to a bid for the highest bid, pursuant to Article 573 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which will take place on the same day as the opening of the envelopes. and immediately after this last operation;
The offers of purchase must, under penalty of ineffectiveness, be sent to the Official Receiver at his office located in Palermo, by registered mail of Poste Italiane (and not through private postal services, even if authorized, under penalty of ineffectiveness) with receipt of return, before 12.00 am on 31.10.2019.
On 31.10.2019 at 16.00 pm the Official Receiver will proceed to his own office to open the envelopes and, in the case of a single offer, to examine and decide on the same.
