Goods are located in Assemini, Loc. Macchiareddu Z.I. Grogastu (CAGLIARI)
Lots featured this auction are goods which do not fulfill the EC Regulation, according to the related Community directives.
These goods must be brought up to safety standards before using them; or, as an alternative, they must be demolished.
Interested parties are hereby invited to register to the Website and download sale and collection terms in order to get further information.
In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1500 Euro by bank transfer. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of win it will be refunded after payment receipt.
To take part in this auction, it is necessary to send by e-mail to ni@industrialdiscount.com the following documents within and not later than 07.06.2016 at 9.00:
- copy of the Specific Sale and Collection Terms signed in each sheet by the CEO (in case of offer made by a company) or by the bidder (in case of offer made by a person);
- an updated copy of the Certificate of the Chamber of Commerce;
- copy of a valid identity document of the signer.
