Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
The Bankruptcy Trustee indicated in the epigraph, invites the submission of guaranteed purchase offers for movable property owned by the aforementioned procedure by 6/10/2022 at 12:00.
It is specified that:- the Procedure received on 08/08/2022 an irrevocable offer for the bulk purchase at a price of € 5,000.00 plus charges;- the Procedure intends to start a collection of offers, placing the irrevocable purchase offer received as the basic auction price.
The sale includes spare parts and accessories for car repair shops, furniture for car showrooms, and more.
Goods are located in Cremona (CR) and can be inspected by appointment
The offer, if deemed appropriate and subject to the authorization of the GD, will be used as an auction basis for the subsequent competitive sale on the portal www.industrialdiscount.it.
