Auction Description
Sale of mature Poplar trees belonging to Creditors Agreement no. 11/2013 Court of Cremona.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Crema (CR) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 2.500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: It is specified that the sale concerns exclusively the ownership of the individual trees which will be the burden of the buyer to cut and remove, including grinding of straw and ramming with horse, within the limit of sixty days from the final award.
