INVITATION TO OFFER
Sider Vasto S.p.A., Creditors' Agreement No. 02/2014 Court of Vasto.
The Legale Receiver for the procedure invites the submission of guaranteed purchase offers for the purchase of the business complex by 03/07/2021 at 15:00 as better specified below:
The company consists of:
Real estate and dedicated infrastructures: Land, buildings and dedicated infrastructures
Movable or capital goods and dedicated equipment: Dedicated plants, machinery and equipment.
Minimum offer accepted above € 3.500.000.
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary:
a) register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein;
b) send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 03/07/2021 at 15.00, by means of a certified email to salesoperations.neprix@pec.illimity.com
c) make a payment for an amount equal to 10% of the price offered, as a deposit by non-transferable cashier's check made out to the procedure "Composition with creditors 02/2014 - Court of Vasto"
The offer, if deemed appropriate and subject to the authorization of the GD, will be used as an auction basis for the subsequent competitive sale. It should be noted that the offer must be submitted under the same conditions set out in the letter of intent called "Annex A".
