The sale of the boat is reserved only to shipyards and/or companies operating in nautical business field
In order to attend the Auction it will be necessary to send the following documents to the e-mail address av@itauction.it:

B. Chamber of commerce company registration and valid identity document of the bidder’s legal representative (if a legal person makes the offer)

D. privacy form
E. LOI
F. record of acceptance after the sea trial
G. record of renunciation of the sea trial and successful implementation of the technical tests (only if the bidder is a nautical company that wants to renounce to the sea trial)
H. declaration of the working activity and the origins of the funds necessary to buy the item
I. “Industrial Discount general sale terms”, duly signed
J. The present “Specific item selling and collecting conditions”, related to the AUCTION N.2028, duly signed.
K. Payment slip certifying the payment of the deposit equal to 30.000,00
